I've bought a couple of enclosed cat beds before and they either take forever to set up or fall apart within a month, so I wasn't expecting much here. Setting this up took about as long as it takes to describe it, pop it open, done. My cat found it within the hour and has been sleeping in it every night since. The mesh window is a small detail but it matters, she gets to keep an eye on the room without feeling exposed, and it keeps the inside from getting too warm during the day when the sun hits that side of the room. The oxford fabric on the outside feels tougher than the mesh tents I've tried before, no fraying yet even with her claws catching on it now and then. Cushion washes up easily too which is a relief since I was tired of trying to spot clean the last bed I had. For an apartment where storage space is tight, being able to fold this completely flat is honestly half the appeal.
